What is Multiplier?

Multiplier is designed for leaders and managers who want to create a high performing team where resilience, focus, energy and progression are key cultural components.

Attendees are encouraged to examine:
‘The Key Human Performance Indicators’ (KHPIs) that are required for personal energy
The relationship between expectation, support and performance
The challenges to progress
The cultural drivers that multiply and the anti-cultures that can divide

In a nutshell the programme creates greater personal and team effectiveness.

The programme will provide leaders and managers with the skills
required to navigate the challenges of the working world of the 21st
Century and skills to create the purpose and unity that is required to
flourish during a time of accelerated change.

The BALANCE Scorecard

A simple wake up call that looks at a number of factors that influence our wellbeing, resilience, energy and balance.

Workshop 1:
Creating Balance

Creating Balance will create a conversation around personal ENERGY, FOCUS and PURPOSE

It will look at:

Why me, why now and so what?

The relationship between Energy & Focus

Exploring the KHPIs (Key Human Performance Indicators)

The physiology of ‘everyday life’

Diagnostic 2:
The Lifestyle Assessment

The monitors are worn for 3 – 5 days, collect physiological data and then map responses against a time line.

Once the monitor is returned we will produce a report and arrange a telephonic coaching session.

People are given a personal and objective insight into how they are dealing with every day life.

This approach brings the topic to life and in our experience is the ‘eye opener’ that creates a proactive mindset.

Culture: Drivers and Drainers

Groups will identify the behaviours that are required to energise their team and those that can drain.

The themes will be summarized with word, descriptor and imagery.

The template can be used to evaluate culture within a group.
